The Concordius Group, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that incorporates in excess of a combined 75 years of service and experience in the U.S. military, federal government and corporate sector. As a trusted intermediary for the government sector, we specialize in facilitating seamless communications and collaboration between government agencies and private sector vendors. Our role is to streamline and maximize the effectiveness of procurement processes, ensuring that product and service procurement operations are efficiently managed and delivered on time, within budgetary constraints, and in compliance with all federal regulations and policies. Melinda Lawrence Dula, JD, LLM

CEO Dula is a retired commissioned officer of the United States Navy, during which she served as a member of the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps, representing the military in legal matters, including civil litigation, criminal prosecution, and labor/employment matters. After her military service, she served as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Regional Enforcement Center, as well as an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) with the Social Security Administration (SSA), from which she retired from federal government service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from the North Carolina Central University School of Law; and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the DePaul University College of Law. Additionally, she serves as a member on the boards of directors of several community-based, non-profit organizations.
