Melinda Lawrence Dula, JD, LLM

CEO Dula is a retired commissioned officer of the United States Navy, during which she served as a member of the Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, representing the military in legal matters, including civil litigation, criminal prosecution, and labor/employment matters. After her military service, she served as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Regional Enforcement Center, as well as an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) with the Social Security Administration (SSA), from which she retired from federal government service. She serves as a member on the boards of directors of several community-based, non-profit organizations.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from the North Carolina Central University School of Law

Kimberly M. Dula, PhD

Dr. Dula began his professional journey as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy, specializing in Surface Warfare. Following his military service, he transitioned to a civilian career, accumulating over three decades of experience across various sectors. His extensive expertise encompasses systems engineering and project management for telecommunications network deployment; staffing and management of operations support activities; production process optimization; large-scale training and development operations; and federal government program administration.

Additionally, throughout his career, Dr. Dula has held administrative and professorial roles at several universities, instructing in disciplines such as project management, human resources, operations management, and organizational behavior.
